Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy

Bribery or Corruption is defined as giving someone a financial or other advantage to encourage that person to perform their functions or activities improperly or to reward that person for having already done so. This could cover seeking to influence a decision-maker by giving some kind of extra benefit to that decision maker rather than by what can legitimately be offered as part of a tender process.

All staff members at Haven Kitchens are encouraged to be aware and maintain their knowledge of the Bribery Act (2010) and to conduct their work ethically and honestly at all times.

As a company, Haven Kitchens will not take part in or entertain any form of financial or physical bribery that would cause a situation to be dealt with in the favour of the bribe giver.

All members of staff and all customers will be treated equally and fairly at all times and bribery of any form will not be received, offered or distributed, in attempt to manipulate a situation advantageously, thus complying with the Bribery Act (2010).

Haven Kitchens will continually review and update business practices and procedures to ensure integrity and that compliance is maintained
